About us:

Bulldog Marine, Inc. is Lake Oconee’s most experienced waterfront design company.  We are a family owned business with over 50 years of marine experience, serving Lake Oconee for 30 years! The company was founded in 1993 by John Dent when he identified the need for a contractor who specialized in installing boatlifts, docks, and seawalls.  As of 2023, the company is a third generation business.

 We offer waterfront design and installation of boatlifts, jet ski lifts, docks, seawalls, rip rap, and accessories.  We have installed over 4000 boatlifts on Georgia lakes, with most installations at Lake Oconee.

 We coordinate the entire project with Georgia Power and the local building permit departments.  We offer full liability and workman’s compensation insurance.
